The Salzburg Cancer Research Institute (SCRI) at the University Hospital Salzburg – under the direction of Primar Univ. Prof. Dr. Richard Greil – is one of the most efficient research laboratories in Austria and also attracts great international attention. The activity in the field of clinical studies is highly recognized worldwide. Cancer mortality at the University Hospital Salzburg is already the lowest in Austria.
